Steps to find it:

1. go to: http://www.jarbo.se/en/patterns/

2. Select under "Detailed search":

     category: "Dolls, Teddy Bears & Amigurumis"

3. Click on the "Search" button.

4. Scroll down on the search results page. I found 35 patterns.  The dog was in the 5th row.
